Identify Vessel

Can someone identify this vessel? Maker / model, etc...

I took the photo in the summer of 2010 in or around Lunenburg, NS. Was just going through my old photos and stumbled upon the boat that got the ball rolling for us. I had completely forgotten about it.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Re: Identify Vessel

It's hard to tell with oysters because they all look the same, bit that looks pretty big, maybe an oyster 82.

I tend to go along with the Oyster name tag..they all had that unusual shaped window...nice looking boat, to my eye, maybe a 50-something footer

Re: Identify Vessel

Marine traffic has it listed with the following dimensions; Her length overall (LOA) is 22 meters and her width is 6 meters.

Don't know how accurate that is generally.

Re: Identify Vessel

Solved! Thanks.

It's an Oyster 72 launched by Oyster Marine Ltd in 2005, designed by Rob Humphreys, she is able to accommodate 6 guests in 3 cabins with an option for a 7th (child) in a single cabin forward.

22 metres is around 70'...so my estimate off a bit..The Oyster 70 is one of their models...

[emoji12] No need for a big checkbook… even a single check is fine, as long as it’s related to a (veeeery) fat bank account!
Fair winds.

Yes you need, the first check is only to buy her, the rest of the big checkbook to maintain her
