IPYOA

I recently purchased a IP485 and I would like to join the IPYOA (www.ipyoa.com). I've tried twice to join and there is some weird error when I press submit and then that email/username is listed as blocked. There's a note that says, if this is in error contact the Administrators with a link, you click the link and it takes you back to a login page.



If someone is a IPYOA member and can help me figure out a) what did I do to anger the IPYOA administrators, b) help me actually join the group I would be ever so grateful.
