Island berth and shoal draft?

Hi guys and gals. I am currently in the dilemma of refurbishing my Tartan 37c... about $40k to make it a 9 versus the 7 out of 10 it is now. Paint modern engine lifelines wood work etc. if I do, I still do not have what I would really like in layout, an island berth! Does anyone know of a boat that has a centerline queen berth 4’6 or less draft in under 42’? Would need to be modern design and suitable for pair of 60!year olds. Cruising waters all east coast and Bahamas.... thanks! And while we’re at it, any recommended yards in south Florida?

Island Packet 380 is close. The listed draft is 4' 7". It has an island forward berth.

An IP 380 has I believe a V berth.
