Island Packet 31 .... What's a Good Price?

There's another thread on the forums here of late discussing what a realistic price, versus asking price for boats these days. Needless to say, it's a buyers market and, I'm thinking that is a trend with some life left in it for sure. So, the seller (perhaps a forum member for all I know) is "asking" $62500.00 for the boat. Now: what should they realisticly expect?

1988 Island Packet 31 sailboat for sale in Maryland

I'm narrowing down my choices of an all round boat to these Packets, the 31 and a few longer ones, and a few others including the Kelly Peterson (American built) 44.
