I see Hudson has already commented, but if I were looking for a 41' CC Ketch, I'd look at a Morgan before an Irwin.
I looked hard at buying an Irwin myself, just kept finding too many problems with the boat, leaking windows and resultant rot for instance

So much depends on the model and year. I must admit that the early Morgans like mine tended to develop problems with portlight leaks too. Because of this, I've changed all 14 of my portlights from the originals and none leak now.

There's much to be said for what the previous owners have done to care for an older boat.

Along with this point, I like leftbrainstuf's comment regarding a look at the engine room to see whether the rest is worth spending the time; however, there are sometimes cases where a beautiful opportunity is priced very low because the engine is "blown" and possibly a good deal for someone that could take on the repowering.
