Listing to starboard

How much list are we talking about?

Water tank, fuel tank and possilby holding tank are a couple possible culprites that come to mind. By any chance do you have one of these on each side with one full and one empty?

My boat also lists to starboard.

Until I empty the water tank and stove's diesel tank, which are both on the starboard side.

I could always add another battery or two to the port side, but then I would have to make sure I kept my tanks full, so as not to list to port.
