Live Aboard Marinas in South Eastern Florida

I am trying to figure out cost and possible live aboard marina options in south eastern florida for a 46 foot sail boat. Are there any affordable options. Currently we have our boat on lake superior and are spending around $4500 a month. Most of what I have been able to find has been around $10000 plus extra for electric hook ups. This seems outrageous.

You can rent in Miami at Dinner key, 700-1000 a month, Fort lauderdale a little cheaper especially if you travel up the new river. My friend just bought a slip in north Miami $125 hoa fee a month and up to 50 foot, ready....96,000...ouch we have to many boats and not enough spot down here in the southeast
