Looking for a good marina near Myrtle beach SC

Heading to South Carolina in a couple weeks to check out some marinas in the Myrtle beach area
I have a small list I found from the web but would like some info from people that have stayed in the area
Looking for a place that allows winter liveaboards , have a 33 ft sailboat, just looking for a clean place with good people
Thanks

There's a really good selection up on the Waccamaw...very pretty up there. I've only stayed at the Osprey, which is very nice, but does not take liveaboards according to our website's marina listings. Bucksport Plantation does all year, and is in a similar setting (it's also an RV resort). Hague Marina does as well. Hope that helps.

Osprey is where I keep my 30' sailboat. Liveaboards are no problem. There are several there and always lots of transients. Long ways from the ocean. Good people.
