Looking to Upgrade to 34'-38' shallow draft

We currently have a 27' Watkins that we have been very happy with. It's been upgraded with a Sunpower 360W solar panel, a Victron 100/30 MPPT controller, an isotherm freezer/ref, a 2000W Kisae inverter, a queen sized bed in the salon, and new Sunbrella upholstery, and a Garmin touch screen color chartplotter/GPS.
But...even though we were very comfortable on our recent summer cruise to the northern Bahama Islands we are planning to upgrade to a larger boat. We plan on extended cruises to the Windward islands upon retiring.
Our targeted boat is a 35'-38' shallow draft sloop with a diesel. Excellent condition with a lot of interior teak is important.
We're looking for suggestions for an older boat for $25K-$45K.
