Monnohull purchase med

Hi all,
Very new to sailing, actually looking at buying first sail boat. Looking in the 35-40ft range for cruising for a couple years. I roughly know what my money will buy..
Im a young aussie (25) and plan on picking something up around the med.
Anyone recomend a broker or place so source a healthy yacht.
Mabe some key points or lessons that arnt obvious.

Do some searches of different European countries with Boats for sale, used boats, new boat sales, free photo ads - Apollo Duck
They do both private and brokerage ads.. Good hunting.
