Mooring a 55' boat on the portland coast

I'm trying to find a decent place to keep a 55' Bluewater cruiser anywhere along the Oregon coast (not Portland) that's secure and safe.

Hi Justin,
I've only seen these from land driving up the coast, and that a while back, but you might check Brookings and Coos Bay, which is Charleston for the marina (pretty far south for you perhaps.) There may be something in these threads to help too:
