More 422/424 questions ( dive platform )

More Pearson 422/424 questions I’ve heard the transom can be thin. has anybody put a diving Platform / swim platform on their boat or on similar 40 foot or so boat with no sugar scoop and conventional transom. Just seems like the most normal way to get on and off a dinghy. Thanks
