MT Water maker chemicals

Hello all
We have a factory installed (2000) MT water maker and just realized that we are out of MT 5 to pickle it.
We know a fellow boat here in Grenada that has Sodium Metabisulfite that we can buy. But, I don’t know the chemical make up of the MT 5 powder.

Any knowledge would be appreciated!
Thanks
