Mystery 70s Diesel motor

Hello. I’ve recently acquired a beautiful cedar strip Allan Buchanan 30ft (possibly smaller as rudder is not built yet and I can’t find plans for this design anywhere.
It also came with an Italian built 2cyl Diesel motor with the name Fera St.Vincent on its plaque. I can’t find anything online regarding it. This is a shame because apparently it has 0 hours on it. It was installed new in the late 70s and was only run once on a bench test. The boat is an unfinished project. Probably an important price of info.
Any information on either mystery motor or mystery Buchanan design would be very helpful.

Try putting “fera Diesel engines” into google. Quite a bit of info.

Thanks for the reply. Motor is actually called a Techno Motorali. I mistook one of the components branding for the engine make. Yes I have definitely tried googling it.

Neither of the names you have posted are for manufacturers of engines but rather of agents.

If you could amplify (horizontal opposed or in-line, water or aircooled, direct or indirect injection) one could hazard a guess - my guess would be Ruggerini.
