Mystery Monohull

Hello all,
We saw this boat in Tribune Bay on Hornby Island back on August 22. I hope the uploaded picture is clear enough to show that the boat has no stays and a single boom that reaches fore and aft of the mast. I could see no name, registration number or port of registration. It was flying an American flag. I thought maybe somebody from the PNW might know something about it. It was a very pretty yacht but also very unusual.

It is called an "Aero Rig", though I don't recognize the boat.
