Nautivela Roy 43

Hello All!
Does anyone have info on a 1986 or thereabouts Roy 43? It is very similar to the Hylas 44 Frers design. It has a Sugar Scoop transom and weighs 2500lbs less than the Hylas. Hylas is 22,300 and the Roy is 19800. LWL is identical. The Roy has a CB. Build quality appears excellent. We are looking at purchase and outfit for offshore.
Any thoughts would be helpful
