Need help Bay area, might buy an Ariel there

Would anyone in the Bay area familiar with Ariels or similar be willing to do an initial cursory inspection for me, of one for sale?

It's in Oakland, I'm on the East Coast, hoping to avoid too much plague time jetsetting.

But #1 is someone to confirm that the boat actually exists, in the location the PO has stated, and ideally that she looks OK from a quick look over.

It may not be a lot of money from the POV of many here, but it's more than I'm willing to take too many chances with.
