Nimble 30 Double-ender

Hello all....
I am looking at one and I am intrigued. Ted Brewer design.
I cannot find much discussion about the boat other than from owners, who may or may not be objective (who doesn't love their boat?).
There was one comment that the builder was good, but not great. I am more concerned about the performance and safety.
I am not an expert and would very much appreciate what more knowledgeable sailors than I might think.

I like it, considered the smaller 23-24 for a while. Can’t help with construction things though. Brewer designs do have a rep for being pretty sweet boats though. Is the 30 fg or cold molded? I can’t remember
