Nordic 45 RS Info?

Hi all,

Seeking out any info about a Nordic 45 RS. I'm a huge fan of the Perry Nordics and Norstars (outta my budget). However I've heard and seen nothing about a 45 RS model. There are video walkthroughs of a 90s era 46 RS on YouTube which is in bristol condition and makes my heart pound...I expect that model is outta my budget as well.

My cruising grounds are Florida, Bahamas, and beyond in the next 10 years, so I'm concerned about keel depth of these west coast designed boats...however missing Bahamas shallow water anchorages is a small price to pay for such a capable long distance cruiser (if her pedigree truly is Perry designed and Northwest USA built). I'm hoping this boat is the real deal and is a stout platform for serious long distance, off grid cruising...with a decent turn of speed to clock off 100 plus mile days on passages in normal winds.

Any input on this vessel design and it's capabilities
