North Carolina surveyor recommendation for 5' blue water cruiser?

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good surveyor that could survey a boat in Wilmington, NC? It is a 50 footer for blue water cruising. Someone who could not only do the paperwork but also do an honest job of things I would want to note in order to get it ready to go out to sea. Thanks!

I have been pleased using Lloyd Griffin. He knows his stuff from the boat builder side, as well as being a trained and accredited in surveying.

Eric Rydzewski is a superb diesel mechanic/engineer located in Wrightsville Beach, NC. He would be a great guy to do an engine survey and can recommend a general surveyor in the area.
