can anyone tell me what I should have for breakfast this morning? My choices are...
Cereal
Bagel
PB+J
Oatmeal
Omelet
Bacon + eggs

My vote would be...start with the bagel, toasted...plenty of butter, egg, bacon and cheese.
Followed by oatmeal with applesauce or fresh fruit.
Forget the PB+J...that's for kids.
Lunch...just fresh fruit.
