Recommendation for Sailboat Painting

Getting ready to take the plunge in our final step of our restoration of our 45 gulfstar Hirsch. We are wondering if there are any local (east coast of florida) recommendations for painting sides and top for our sailboat. Its a pretty expensive endeavor and we want to have some first hand experiences weigh in. We are not looking at doing this ourselves as we are Airplane pros, no painting pros.. Any help is appreciated.
