Replacement Double clutch for Beneteau Oceanis 361

I was wondering if anyone has replaced the clutch on a 361. Ours is 2002 and has Spinlock double clutches, I bought Spinlock XTS to replace but they look bigger. We were hoping to replace "like for like" clutches to avoid the need to drill new holes etc.
I am wondering if the Spinlock XAS would be better but I have read that they are for Cruising boats up to 34'.
Anyone , been there done this & know easiest approach to replace them, without the need to drill new holes?!

I have a 2003 Beneteau 361 with the original set of Spinlock XAS clutches. It's three sets of double clutches for 6-12mm lines. Spinlock part nbr XAS0612/2. While the description is for vessels to 35 ft or 11 m, the spec to be concerned with is the Working Load Limit: 575 kg (1270 lbs) which should be adequate unless you carry extra large sails and refuse to reef. If i get hit with a gust and the lines slip, it's perhaps for the best.

The rubber inserts in the handles on mine are mostly gone but they function well. I wish i could source some replacement inserts, which Spinlock used to offer but no longer.

These can be easily unbolted from inside the cabin top behind a small wood panel in the galley near the companionway. Make sure to reseal each bolt with butyl tape.
