I had the same misfortune a few years ago in spring. I wanted to hire a crane and staff for the operation. They had the guts to claim $10000 for one hour operation. Abusive. I refused!. The boat was righted using a travel lift . It was well done and carefully too. There where some damages to the hull, and the mast had to be repaired(I've done it!). Insurance was supportive and happy to pay.
