Sabre 402 vs 425

Does anyone have any experience on both the the Sabre 402 and the Sabre 425? I have been on a 402 but not the 425 and was wondering what the differences are other than length. Also, it appears that the average asking price for the 402 on yachtworld is about 15-20% higher than similarly aged and more outfitted 425s. Any ideas as to why??? I have asked a couple of brokers and the only answer I have gotten is that the 402 just holds its value better. Are there any issues with the 425 compared to the 402 that I should be aware of?
