schooner Aldebaran still on the rocks

Passed by the schooner today, still on the rocky breakwater of Potrero Reach, Richmond, CA. Grinding on rocks for the last 10 days or so.

Me thinks they are not going to re-float her as was reported. A FC boat is not that sturdy.

Sad situation. I work on an schooner on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We always motor in rather than try to sail too close to any potential danger. We also don't run over 7-8 knots with guests on board!

I hope she's rescued.
