Serena 40 vs pacific 38

You guys and girls are probably tired of me by now but appreciate all the help so far.

I did a search and didn't see much info of these to vessels.

They are however on boat data.

Here

Serena 40 (also know as a pedrick 40)
https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/sirena-40/

And pacific 38
https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/pacific-38/

I have an option on two and fitouts/updates are close in terms of electronics, motor hours etc.

Both are gpr hulls, decks and cabins.

The Serena is wheel steering while the pacific is tiller.
The pacific has a hard dodger installed that attracts me but not sure if I like tiller driven.

Both are fin keel.

The Serena is about half a meter wider so provides more space. I note only 22 was ever build.
The pacific is locally build and the Fibre was all hand lane. People rate them here as very good, strong boats and they hold value.

I am leaning towards the Serena as it was launched in 1993 vs 1974 for the Pacifica but can't find many online posts or articles about the Serena.

Anyone own or know Serena/pedrick and how well they have been built?

Built in Finland by Lito Marin shipyard from the drawing board of David Pedrick, famous for America One project
