ST6000

My ST6000 autohelm is only turning in 1 direction. first it was to port, then I swapped the green and Red wires as advised and then it was to starboard! Not sure what else to try! Just had the rudder off on the last haul-up (problem immediately afterwards). Realized that the rudder sensor was loose and fixed that problem. But still no joy.

Do I need a new ST6000?
