Suitable Sized Diesel

Coming into Croatia on one of those “ encounters” I had 15 kts dog with only a self tacker headsail up. The 46.1 surfs very well I have to say, although after 20+ hours & 2 crew I was just happy to get there

Im use to two large diesels. The turbos are fun. My first sailboat although I’ve borrowed a few. A Jeanneau. Totally green I bought it on price and looks. I had my eyes on several Beneteau. When the introduced the First 53 my knees got weak. The 36 First oolala.
I’m thinking a First 44 comes out I can lie about my age. The 440 Jeanneau or 46 Benneteau is more likely. A new Beneteau Oceanis 54 is being commissioned in the city.
