Surveyor and Mechanical Inspection

Hey Everyone,

I've just agreed to purchase a 36' steel sailboat, moored at Oak Bay, near Victoria, BC, Canada.

The broker has said she would look after the details whereas I feel there is a conflict of interest and want to arrange myself.

However, I agreed to purchase the boat from a virtual look and I am currently working and watching the America's Cup down in Auckland.

So I will need a really detailed and comprehensive look at the vessel on my behalf and really want to make sure I get the right people.

If you have any suggestions I would sincerely appreciate the help and guidance.
