T-track install

Hello everyone! Hope your enjoying the holiday! I have a project ahead of me. Purchased a boat that needs the jib track reinstalled, the boat hull is solid glass and the deck is glass over plywood. The hull has a solid piece of wood the runs the length of the hull that the deck is resting on. I don’t see any holes in this wood from bolts. I know I’ve come to the right place for ideas! Sorry! The first 2 pics are upside down and I can’t seem to fix them?? Lol

Re: T-track install

Don't quite understand the question. If the track needs to be reinstalled, it goes back where it was. Otherwise you'll have to work out new leads for the sheets and winches and probably get new sails to match the new arrangement. The construction of the hull makes no difference. Neither does the fact that the sheer plank has no holes in it. Why would it, if the track wasn't installed on it? Why was the track removed? If it was leaking, water may have gotten into the plywood and caused delamination. If that is the case you will want to fix that before putting the track back in. THAT would be a project.
