Tanzer 27 information

Hi everyone,
I'm not going to ask if I should buy this boat... But, I would like to find more information on it (them). There doesn't seem like there's much info out there, save sailboatdata.com and Wiki. I'd like to 'talk to' current or previous owners. I would like some pointers on specific things to look for during my inspection that would make me walk away. Things specific to this model. Is the hull cored above or below the waterline? I've seen info saying it is a cored hull, and elsewhere says it's solid. Of course, neither was specifit to the 27.
