Tayana V42 construction question

Hi. It's been a few years since I posted!

I'm looking at purchasing a 1981 Tayana Vancouver 42. There is a head outflow sea-cock which is located in the aft cabin in a starboard hanging locker directly adjacent to the bulkhead which separates the head to the rest of the cabin. The sea-cock failed and leaked water into the locker causing water damage below. My question to myself is: could this damage be limited to what I can see (severe de-lamination and some dry rot of the locker floor and lower sides of the cabin locker) which might be the case if directly below the locker floor the water would get to fiberglass and then run directly into the bilge... OR is there other structural wood down there which might have been damaged.

I am thinking the former, but there is no sole access and I cannot tear out the locker floor as I don't own the boat. If I am right, it is a relatively easy fix once the sea-cock has been replaced.

My question to the fleet is: does anyone with the same / similar layout model know what the construction directly below that hanging locker is like? if there was a slow dripping/seeping water leak there, where would it go? The engine/deep bilge is only a meter away from that spot and all downhill...

Many thanks!
