Thoughts on a 30 Foot Irwin Citation

Would like your thoughts on a 1979 30 Foot Irwin Citation for Coastal Cruising. I did a search but did not find much about the 30'. I would greatly appreciate any guidance / Pro's and Con's about the Irwin's. Thanks again.

The Irwin brand has been discussed before with lots of comments about the building, materials used, quality, issues etc.
