Actually upon reflection, I was thinking mainly about when grounding (intentionally and not!) or hitting stuff........but for normal use at sea I think any difference unimportant.

Just to say that that even with a boat that can dry out upright, you need to give lots of thought to both when and where.....it ain't just a no brainer park her anywhere thing!
