US41 by Grampian. Anyone have experience with one?

I couldn't edit or delete previous post, so I am making another more accurate attempt.

https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/us-41

Apparently sometimes because Grampian didn't make any other 41 it is called a Grampian 41.

Numbers make it look slow and steady, just wondering with the cb down will it climb uphill.

Nomenclature for the 46...

With the exception of the unique feature of tandem centerboards,(offered as an option) the GRAMPIAN 46 seems to be nearly the same design as the US 46.
Both of these yachts are probably from the same tooling used to build the earlier US 41.

The other questions is regarding the keel.
I am looking for encapsulated lead, not interested in
Steel punchings etc...life is too short.
