Van Dam Nordia Ketch

Can anyone tell me about these boats. I know Van Dam makes fine steel hull cruisers but I cant find much info on his nordia ketches. Are they any good? They look like they would make a good livaboard for circumnavigation for a small family. Other boat I am looking at is a Colin Archer 40.

They are very solid, steel... slow. But they’ll get you where you wish to go. Good survey is essential to determine the structural integrity of the hull.
