Vertical Power Capstan Winch Recommendations?

I have a 44' pilothouse sloop that had a vertical capstan power winch (removed by previous owner) for the running rigging built into the lower (pilothouse) helm. I am refurbishing the boat and would like to replace the winch but am not sure what the load specs, etc., should be. She has a 52" mast and I plan to buy a roller furling system for the jib. Any and all advice will be welcome.
