Visiting a steel boat, "luck" put me on the neighbors motiva 47. Opinions?

Visiting a candidate during the Weekend we ended up on a motiva 47 in the same harbor. We like the Setup of living space on and under decl Deck. As we have so far only seen diy boats like bruce Roberts it was striking how different professionell boats are in Terme of use of space.

Theresa are also smaler ones that seem to offer grwat living and Handling space.

We like them. Ketch...steel...shipyard quality..but expensive for our budget.
As we want to use the boat in Cold nd Stormy and warm and calm we would appreciate some experiences here about those models.
