Vitrifrigo Ice Box / Freezer - Replacement Gasket

Does anyone know the model number of the Vitrifrigo Icebox/Freezer on a Beneteau Oceanis 46 2006-2011? I am trying to track down a replacement gasket for the top load freezer. The US supplier for Vitrifrigo thinks the model is a BN100 (100L). If so they recommend gasket model R117024. My measurements come to 14" X 17.75". the width of the gasket is 6mm and 12mm.

I know there are a lot of other people that are looking for the same thing so hopefully this thread can help others too. Thanks.

There are several threads on this topic but none ever conclude with info where to buy these and what size and style to choose.

I have a 2008 beneteau 49 but your setup looks the same as mine. If you look under the stove, there is a removable vent panel for the freezer compressor and the pic I have attached came from under there.

Be sure and respond with solution as I may have to replace mine in the next few years.

Thanks for the post. I contacted the distributer for Vitrifrigo in the US the company is Heritage Parts. They sent me a new gasket but I haven't fitted it to my boat as of yet. The cost was around $20 plus shipping. I will update the post once installed.

Hi Chet,

I finally received the gasket and installed it on my boat. Fits perfectly. It Did require a little surface preparation but that’s pretty straightforward.

Just in case anyone comes upon this thread, I have tried to obtain a seal for my BN100 Top Loading Freezer, that actual code is a BN100BT where the BT indicates it is a special seal for Beneteau (I have a Lagoon 42). Heritage Parts have now merged with 'Partstown' who say they have not yet built up a relationship with Beneteau so put me directly on to Vitrifrigo US, who in turn advise that as a 'special part' they have none in stock but I could order for delivery some time around May / Jun. Looks like getting a source from the UK / Europe may be the only option
