What is going on with Alado Furlers?

Has anyone had contact with this Alado recently? I have called all the phone numbers. The 888 numbers lead you off to a phone scam. When you call the regular# you get a robot that says you can't leave a message because mailbox full. Tried e-mailing a number of different ways, No response? I need a part. Now stuck. Are they still in business? 3 websites up but very sketchy looking. Not even a phone number on the Canada site. What is going on?

How I found it was by using the CF Custom Google Search and typing in "threads about Alado Furlers". There were other threads, as well.

I eventually got a response from the Canadian rep, He put me in touch with Brazil. So, according to them the USA rep. has recently died and they are aware of the situation but do not apparently have control over his web site. Not a good business plan. Anyway, looks like I am now being assisted. If you need support go directly to Brazil.

Just an FYI. Alado Canada, ALADO Canada - Headsail Reefing and Furling System, will now be serving US customers. Same great furlers with attentive service.
