Re: What Kind of boat is this?

The fixed windscreen puts me in mind of a Hallberg-Rassey but the sugar scoop argues against that with one or two exceptions, but none of those match otherwise.

I will continue to ponder.

Re: What Kind of boat is this?

I don't know what kind of boat that is.

A friend had his boat there at Ditto Landing. Because of the covered docks sailboats are only tied on the end like that one. The aluminum covering was always chewed up because any good wind blowing toward the dock would cause the rigging to saw that stuff up. Never seemed to hurt the rig.

Very poor quality picture. Perhaps a Contest? Doesn't look like any HR I'm familiar with.

Re: What Kind of boat is this?

Don't know but its not a sunbeam . Wrong transom , no ports in the hull in question, and port lights in cabin trunk are not even close. I will look into it further.
Also noticed that this vessel is an aft cockpit not a cc.

Re: What Kind of boat is this?

no baltic, noswan, that's a 100%! look at the hull-deck-joint!
schöchl yachtbau (the people -here in austria- building the sunbeams) is a very small outfit, very easy for them to alter the transom & leave off portholes

Re: What Kind of boat is this?

Hmm. I'm leaning towards the sunbeam, some of the ones on Yachtworld look a lot like this, but then again, I asked the question, so I'm still listening, thanks for the responses.

Re: What Kind of boat is this?

Okay, my buddy in Alabama confirmed that the decal on the trim matched those of the Sunbeam. Thanks for the info everyone.
