That photo is from a poor angle to discern, but since the file is labeled colombia.jpg, perhaps it is a Columbia Yacht.

Sure looks like our old O'Day 37 CC. Some were used by the Annapolis Sailing School for their "big boat" training. Great sailing boat and didn't look bad for a shorter center cockpit.
