I encouraged him to ask the SPCA if they would take back adolescent dogs, knowing that they would not. I guess he never got his puppy rental business off the ground.

Seriously, a boat that keeps a woman warm and dry when it is nasty cold and wet outside is a good start if you mean to take her cruising. A pilothouse with central heating might be a good idea. Not as a magnet, but as the basis for long-term happiness!

my family lives in upstate ny and new england, and all are married except me,one is even a city council woman and architect...

we had 8 mayflower families--in my direct ancestry, and some folks in virginia--and an irishman in chicago--owned a shipping company--we do have good genes, many of which are sea going...

Also, one fully paid off.

Very true.

The bigger the boat, the smaller the .....

Regardless, you can't compare a sailboats magnetic pull to a cigarette or express cruisers if your actually trying to attract hot "chicks"

Re: What Sailboat do you Think is a Chick Magnet

Well i married my wife 40 years ago. We sailed dinghies. we sailed yachts. she was sea sick and now I sail yachts. I bought a fresh one in June 2012.. and took her to see it at the broker's yard after I bought it. We were sitting in the cockpit and I noticed 2 blonde young men on the big yacht next door. My wife had noticed them before I had and when I asked her what she thought of our new yacht?? SHE said" it's not as sexy as the one next door". So in answer to your Question: it's not mine!!!!!!!!!!!

Chick Magnet?

I've been with my wife for 20 years now...

Please explain this "Chick Magnet" term...

Must be some single-hander code
