Winter dockage wanted near Naples Fl

43 ft ketch, 5.5ft draft, 14 ft beam, I would like dockage, possibly a private dock from December to April. I rarely use the boat, and don't live on it.
Any idea on how i could find dockage? The marinas are mostly resort clubs.

There are a number of marinas in Fort Myers Beach and on the Caloosahatchee River that would work if you could expand your area slightly northward.

If you came north to Carrabelle, we have bunches of slips, most not at all resorty, and a yard that can take care of any needs during the winter.
