1984 Siedelman 30T

Like to see if anyone has real information on the Siedelman brand? Seems there is minimal info on the Siedlemen's. Told they sail reasonably well but have drooping headliners and fiberglass issues underneath. We are looking to purchase an 84 30T privately in Annapolis in the very low teens. She looks good but concerned with resale and any inherent design flaws. Previous owner did get the underneath redone for $3,500 in 1998. Any help would be appreciated. Dave
