Advice please...

Does anyone have any experience with Privilege 515 or Series 5? We are looking to buy a cat and like them. We know it is not the quickest but want to be sure it actually sails. What is the minimum wind needed to move it? Does it hove too etc?? Any knowledgeable comments are helpful.. my wife loves them for the luxury and we hope to circumnavigate by mainly coastal sailing but with the obvious deep blue water crossings needed between continents. Any comments from people who have actually sailed the series 5 / 515 would be great.. i dont want to buy something that wont move on its own until the wind is nearly a hurricane

You should check out the YouTube channel - Sailing Zatara. They sail a 585.
