I really love riding the Airwheel, but my wife did not, so I purchase a E-Twow S2 for her.

Get an electric bicycle. No special license, they go over 30mph and some like my wife's have a range of over 60 miles and can be extended to over 100 miles by carrying an extra battery. Also, much easier to get on and off a boat.
