Anyone else start their sailing life on one of these?

started on a Northbridge Trainer, pretty much an 8ft surfboard with a cotton sail, cost me $68 in 1968 ! Had a mate with an Arafura Cadet that I loved to sail as well whilst holidaying at Blairgowrie over summer holidays.....
