I have seen the same thing a few times recently:
A Lagoon 380 that was priced OK in early 2021 is now listed by the new owner with a 20% price increase.
A 380 that was sold by a forum member in great condition came back to the market with a 25% two years later.
A Lipari that sold 2020 for 130k is now asking 220k.
A wreck of a 380 that sold in 2019 for 110k, was used heavily in day charter for 2 seasons, and is now asking 200k.

The negatives of the current sellers market I guess.

Well I guess some newbies woke up about the running costs or relalized what crap they bought and decided to bail out with a profit...every wrack sells at the moment.
And some just got bought to sell them higher
